Workshop - Playing Lean
Participants form small teams, 2-4 members per team. Each table hosts 4 teams. Each team assumes the role of founders of an innovative startup company, which needs to decide and run smart business activities in a highly competitive market:
- customer discovery, competitive analysis, selling
- product development and competency building
- strategic planning, hiring and resource allocation
The workshop is designed so that a lot of learning comes through mistakes.
The team that reaches the final Product-Market fit first, wins the game.
